Bring baby in costume for a Halloween baby parade around the library. Babies and moms/caregivers can bond over fun bilingual Halloween themed books, play with age appropriate sensory toys, and socialize with other babies. Have a Happy Halloween little Pumpkins! For ages 0-18 months.
