Nationally prominent leaders in all aspects of American life have lived in each Westchester community. Women who were born and raised in Westchester; women who settled in the county because of its proximity to Manhattan, natural beauty, fine schools, tight-knit neighborhoods, and rural charm.
This 60-minute illustrated presentation by Barbara Davis features a sampling of the businesswomen, artists, scientists, activists, athletes, authors, and others whose work and lives left a significant legacy.
