Taste of Korea: Korean Cuisine, Full of Wisdom and Nature
Saturday, November 22 2pm-4pm
Space is limited, signup is required.
Presented by the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project (“KSCPP”). They will demonstrate two dishes and show a short documentary. After the demonstration, a home-cooked full Korean meal with a traditional table setting in Bangjja, bronze ware, will be served, and short films on Korean culture will be screened. In addition, they will hand out recipes and complimentary other books on Korean history and culture.
This program is free and open to the public.
